New Scyscraper in Denver. Thoughts?

Tallest Skyscraper in Denver

Everyone that is familiar with Denver is aware of the exponential growth the city has been experiencing over that last couple of years, and while growth is great, some argue we might need less of it.

This new development project suggests building at 81-story skyscraper at 17th California street in downtown Denver, will be the largest building in the city if becomes a reality. It came at no surprise that owners of the projects are a New York development group: Greenwich Realty Capital. This project if approved will become not just the tallest building in Denver, but Colorado state overall.

Building concept is very modern and suggests to serve as a hotel, residential and retail space along with a large parking garage.

While Six Fifty 17th is a very large structure, it is rather thin and elegant looking, while still delivering versatile amenities of a large build like this.

We are definitely excited to see where this project is head and will keep you updated.
