Commerce City has really been transitioning from industrial slump of city into a new, vibrant commercial/retail area.
New urban renewal plan has been recently approved by the Commerce City planning commission.

Master Developer for the project is REGen LLC, and project is expected to break ground second quarter of 2019.
This site has been un-occupied since 2008 when greyhound racing ended. After that city authorities purchased the land with an intend to re-develop it. Now this project is finally becoming a reality. This 65-acre could become a new attraction for Commerce City and help revive it into a new vibrant community.
