New Concept for Aligned Data Center. Phoenix, AZ

Aligned Data Centers is renovating an old Honeywell building in north Phoenix to turn it into one of the largest data centers in the state, and partnering with APS on a micro-grid.

The 500,000-square-foot, 62-megawatt data center, with a $600 million-plus investment at full build-out, is all about energy efficiency. Instead of putting the infrastructure in the back where a lot of piping is run, the generators and mechanical infrastructure are placed on the roof.

Due to ever-changing technology and fast paced environment there might seem more building like this. We think it is especially important for data center to stay on top of ever-changing concepts.

Platt Rogers Company is very proud to have been part of this construction project. This is just one of the examples in the Data Center segment.
